Never got my order

I would love to give a review but I never received my order. I ordered on 10.20.24 and as of today, 12.15.24 I still have nothing. I've emailed several times for an update or a refund and no one has bothered to respond. I have no product and I'm out of money.
Please give me my money back.

I like the snatchbox wash! It seems stronger in the gel form. Same quality as bar soap! I do suggest gel to be used for yoni only because it will take more to lather for entire body. Will buy more!
