Shipping policy

Our ship times are from 7-14 business days. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS and all claims involving lost, damage or stolen packages must be resolved through them. Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 3 days for your tracking to updated.  If your tracking number shows no movement after 3 days please email us at contact@grantedbeauty.com If there is an issue with your order you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery for the issue to be resolved.
